How Reading Saved
                                                                          My Life

Growing up as a youth and into an adult.  The one thing that saved my more than anything and that
would be the books, It all started when I was in the third grade teacher Miss Smith came over to visit
the family for Christmas. (Yule time cheer.)  It was The Night Before Christmas.  The cool thing was it
was a pop up book, I still have it it this day,  It's really wore out but it has a lot of memories behind it.
The same year My grandmother gave me a book and it was Laura Inges Wilder 's  Little House ON
The Prairie.  I was in my room after school minding my own business reading books, and I loved it I
still read to this day.  So just a reminder to those who buy a book in the new or used section of the
store, it's always a gem to read.  Until next time.

See you in the shadows,
